I honestly only do the dinners and maybe a few lunches, as that is when we eat as a family. My kids breakfast and lunch at daycare, Aaron is out of the house by 5 AM (and doesn't even eat lunch). The way they have it organized is great - and the excel shopping lists are super helpful for organizing. Although you are a pretty organized person.<br /><br />There are also a lot of books on the topic - I've gotten a few out of the library, but it's more work than just going to that website and letting them do it for you. <br /><br />I would also recommend roping a friend into doing it with you. Even if you do a mini-meal plan, you are going to be in the kitchen for a couple hours.
