The screwed up delivery of the crib is irritating, but the baby won't be needing it for a few months (don't tell the furniture people though!). Do you have a bassinet insert in your pack-n-play? You can easily use that.
Seriously. email me the damn company info and phone numbers and let me have a chat with them. this is ridiculous!!!!!!
